In development for two years, our new Megamax-2 muzzle brake is 25mm in diameter and 65mm long to better suit sporter and medium-profile barrels, and is designed for calibres from .224cal to .30cal. The self-time (ST) version (Registered design NZ433600) allows you to index/time the four-chamber side-port muzzle brake without tools or shims. Recoil test results are similar to our internationally popular Quatromax muzzle brake with a very impressive recoil energy reduction of over 74% (with 7mm Rem Mag standard factory loads).
