Wild Pork Ribs Recipe

Prep time: 30 minutes

Rest time: 1 hour

Cook time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 1 wild pork rack of ribs
  • 300ml BBQ sauce (I use the Pepper and Me BBQ Sauce)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli (it’s a chilli powder that’s not hot)
  • ¼ cup of brown sugar

Method:

1. Place ribs into the slow cooker.

2. Place all other ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and mix well.

3. Pour this sauce over the ribs.

4. Turn slow cooker on low and leave all day.

5. Remove ribs from the slow cooker and serve on a bed of hot chips. Pour the leftover sauce on top. You can also thicken the leftover sauce with a teaspoon of cornflour, place in a small bowl and use it to dip the meat and chips into. Enjoy!
