Legends – Erlton Wilson’s Classic Otago Trophy of 1929 – Part Two

On a tiny saddle in the Blue Valley, Clem Anderson sits and holds a 10- and 11-pointer after the afternoon stalk

For the stag season of 1928, Wilson was allocated Block 31 and chose to share this expedition with another shooting friend, Henry (aka Clem) Anderson. The block’s natural boundaries were determined by the Stewart and Camerons creeks and is part of the Young Range, which overlooks the true left of the Makarora Valley.
