Fin and I do a lot together, and hunting is one of our passions. Our granddad, Ernie Bell, was a keen hunter, and as kids we often headed out with him in pursuit of rabbits, goats, deer and pigs. When Mum was a little kid, they used to meet up with another family and boat up into the arms of Lake Te Anau, holidaying in deerstalkers’ huts while Ernie and his friend Cyril, went off to get the goods.
