I’m lucky enough to have been shown a thing or two by my old man, although there’s nothing technical or special about how we get our deer out. There are many different options and ways to cut an animal up in the field, and it usually depends on what you can carry. Sometimes, the simplest technique can be the most effective, but if you haven’t been taught or shown how to cut up and carry out a deer, then read on and see how simple it can be.
